Children’s Minnesota is one of the largest pediatric health systems in the United States, and the only health system in Minnesota to provide care exclusively to children from birth through young adulthood. Children’s is also a nonprofit organization, and relies on the generosity of its community to provide the best care for children.

This year, I have chosen that the money I raise go to the Kids Cancer Fund in honor of Jackie Wisnoski. I will be running the 26.2 miles in honor of Jackie, who lost her battle to Cancer almost three years ago. Jackie loved the outdoors, people and her whiskey :) She always carried a smile on her face even when the going got tough. Jackie was an aboslute pleasure to be around and I miss her sarcastic humor.
