Lets Climb the Mountain Together!!

We all have reasons to hike Grouse mountain. We all are inspired by this hefty mountain that stands like a giant barrier between our self-belief of achievement and the strength of reality.

Not all of us are fortunate enough to generate a challenge to fulfil our self-commitment to prove to world that - YES! I can do it. For some of us these mountains are real. Mountains of financial issues, family crisis, health issues. Think about a child with a desire to participate in sports but lacking enough funds to reach his or her dream…even a contribution of $5 will take him a step closer to his dream to be on the top of the mountain.

United Way's School’s Out programs provide educational support, physical activity and development, mentoring, social and emotional support, and help at risk kids develop basic life skills. United Way's funding through this cause will go against supporting these programs in Lower mainland and help many kids achieve greater academic success, increase their self-confidence and self-esteem, and help them develop positive social behaviours and lifestyles.

Don’t forget you are not alone in this, we are the team and together we can make a big difference with our effort.

On Oct 6 I am going to hike Grouse Grind with the team from Microchip and support United Way to help local kids through United Way School's Out programs.

With that note lets kick start our fund raising goal and prove to the world - YES!! we can do it.
