My Personal Fundraising Page
I'm raising money for Variety - the Children's Charity of Iowa!
Every day, I see firsthand the profound impact Variety has on children throughout the entire state of Iowa. Whether it is the life-changing joy of a child riding a bike for the first time, the support of a Variety Grant for a nonprofit supporting children, or the magic of an all inclusive playground where kids of all abilities can play together - this work changes lives. It’s pretty amazing, and I feel lucky to help tell these stories and raise funds along the way. If you’re able, I’d love your support. Every single donation - big or small - makes a difference, and I would be so grateful if you’d consider supporting my fundraising campaign!
Here's how you can help:
- Donate: Contribute whatever you can. No amount is too small!
- Spread the Word: Share my fundraising page with your friends, family, and social networks. Let’s spread awareness so we can raise more!
Thank you for standing by me in this effort. Your support means the world to me!

Bella
Meet six-year-old Bella — an adventurous little girl who loves to roam and explore. While Bella is full of curiosity and energy, she sometimes struggles with safety awareness and walking on uneven surfaces. Her new adaptive stroller from Variety's Mobility Program will give her the support and security she needs to safely join family outings, participate in activities, and keep up with the world around her. Most importantly, it allows Bella to enjoy childhood adventures comfortably and confidently.Your donation helps provide children like Bella with adaptive equipment that creates more opportunities for independence, inclusion, and joyful everyday experiences. Every contribution makes a meaningful difference for families in need!
Brady
Look at that smile on 17-year-old Brady! His brand new Rifton Specialized Bike is already making a huge impact in his life. Brady sometimes struggles with motivation and following directions when it comes to walking, but his adaptive bike has become a true game-changer. With his new ride, Brady is excited to get out into the community more, stay active, and improve his health and mobility while having fun doing it. Your donation creates new opportunities, lasting memories, and meaningful moments for children and families who need them most.
Matty
Pictured is three-year-old Matty, who has been using this same stander during physical therapy and now has one of his very own to use at home, thanks to Variety's Mobility Program. This stander will help support Matty’s development by assisting with walking, providing safe and supportive standing and seating options, and allowing him to interact with his peers in an upright position. Most importantly, it gives him greater independence and more opportunities to participate in everyday childhood moments. Your donation can help provide children like Matty with life-changing equipment that supports mobility, confidence, and connection. Every contribution helps create new possibilities for children and their families!
Teddy
Two-year-old Teddy recently received a new activity chair through Variety's Mobility Program. This chair gives Teddy the support he needs for feeding, playing, and participating in everyday activities both at home and at daycare. More than just a seat, it’s a tool that helps Teddy interact with his family, explore the world around him, and enjoy greater independence each day. Your donation can help provide children like Teddy with adaptive equipment that opens doors to learning, connection, and meaningful everyday experiences.
Kayla
Seventeen-year-old Kayla recently received her new tandem specialized bike thanks to Variety's Mobility Program. Kayla’s bike helps her maintain her range of motion and supports her ability to walk, while also giving her the opportunity to enjoy one of her favorite daily activities: biking outdoors with her family.
Cooper
Pictured is 10-year-old Cooper, who recently received his new gait trainer from Variety's Mobility Program! During physical therapy, Cooper was able to use a gait trainer for short distances, and the progress he made was encouraging. Because of his medical history, staying active and mobile is especially important to help reduce the risk of future lung and heart complications. With his new gait trainer, Cooper now has the support he needs to improve coordination and balance, build strength, and continue working toward his goal of walking independently. Your donation can help provide life-changing equipment for more children like Cooper — giving them greater independence, improved health, and the chance to reach milestones once thought impossible.
