Tennis Event FY26

Join us for a meaningful afternoon of tennis, community, and giving back at the Nancy Cohn Memorial Love-All Against Abuse Tennis Event, benefiting The Retreat on Saturday, July 11, from 2 to 5:30PM at Sportime Amagansett.

This year’s tournament will honor the Cohn family — Evan Cohn, Lisa Schweitzer, and their children — in loving memory of Nancy and Myron Cohn. Nancy Cohn was a founding board member of The Retreat, and the Cohn family’s lifelong generosity has helped shape and sustain The Retreat’s work.

This event will offer a fun, clinic-style afternoon led by Sportime Amagansett pros. Players will be grouped by skill level for instruction, drills, and friendly competitive play, followed by cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a live auction featuring exclusive items, including a Canyon Ranch Resort stay for two, a private brunch for 10; a catamaran sail, VIP tickets to the New York Knicks, New York Giants, and Gotham FC games, and more.

The Retreat's Mission

The Retreat is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving all of Long Island. The Retreat creates safety, healing and hope for those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, while working every day to prevent and break the cycle of violence.

In pursuit of that mission, we offer confidential, no-fee support services, including a 24-hour multilingual hotline, counseling, legal advocacy, prevention education, and emergency shelter. Through our Fatherhood Initiative, we also engage men as parents and partners in building safe, stable and thriving families.
