Join us for The Trail Home, a community fundraiser and hike through Griffith Park in support of our unhoused neighbors. Your participation will help fund vital programs and strengthen our city’s safety net for those most in need.

Your support makes a tangible difference. All proceeds from this event will go directly toward essential programs at The Center in Hollywood, including:

  • Day Center staffing
  • Housing retention case management
  • Primary care at our On-Site Clinic
  • Substance use recovery programming
  • Mail services and phone charging for over 400 unhoused individuals
  • Agile crisis support

Meeting Urgent Needs, Together

At The Center in Hollywood, we are dedicated to supporting unhoused neighbors and building resilience during crises, from pandemic relief to LA River flood evacuations to getting vital resources to housed neighbors during 2025’s fires.

In November 2025, during the SNAP benefits freeze, our Sandwich Squad volunteers rapidly filled food-access gaps, distributing thousands of fresh sandwiches and snacks to unhoused and recently housed neighbors. Working with incredible partners, including HODG, Kids Helping LA, Hollywood Food Coalition, BlankRome, Day of Dignity, and the LA Food Bank, we also helped ensure no one went hungry through canned foods, Thanksgiving meal kits, and food deliveries.

Your participation in The Trail Home fundraiser powers this work so we can keep responding to crises while providing daily care and connection. Every step you take helps build a more compassionate Los Angeles.
