Thank You For Supporting Our Together Again Campaign
While The Arc is still focused on keeping people safe amidst the continuing impact of COVID, we have been enjoying every chance we have to bring people together again. There have been countless reunions of friends and families who missed seeing one another in person during the worst months of the pandemic. Parents embracing their adult children once again, co-workers enjoying normal banter, Dads in a support group off of zoom and together in fellowship. Together again.

My Story
My son Carter is on the Autism Spectrum and has epilepsy. My wife Kristi is a Special Education Teacher who works with infants and toddlers with special needs. I joined The Arc Baltimore Board of Directors 7 years ago to learn, raise awareness and ensure that members of the intellectually and developmentally disabled community have an equal opportunity to become contributing members of our society. It has been the most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life. Together with my wife Kristi, we have vowed to be an open book about our experiences raising our son Carter in order to be a resource to other families who are struggling with this journey and so they don't feel alone.
