July - September: Registration Period

  • Sign up to host a diaper drive or fundraiser and receive all the information you need

September TBD: Zoom Info Session

  • Join our Zoom Rally & Info Session to get all the details, tips, and inspiration for hosting a successful diaper drive!

September 18 & 19: The Big Diaper Drive Packet Pick-Up

  • 9am to 3pm 
  • Stop by to grab promotional items, check out the diaper bank warehouse, and take a few photos to share for your marketing efforts.

September 23: The Big Diaper Drive Kick-Off

  • The drive kicks off on September 23rd. 
  • Why September 23rd? It's the start to National Diaper Need Awareness Week!
  • Drives and fundraisers can be held anytime throughout the following month. Host it whenever and for as long as it works best for you!

October 25: The Big Diaper Grand Total Reveal & Prize Announcements 

  • Celebrate with us as we reveal the total number of diapers collected and announce prize winners via email and social media.

  • There will be prizes for each category, including Little Hands swag, tickets to our annual Night at the Museum fundraising event, and more!

The Diaper Drive Challenge

This year, we’re adding a friendly competition! You could win prizes and swag - and, of course, bragging rights!

There will be multiple competition categories to ensure everyone has a chance to win, from individuals and small businesses to large businesses, neighborhoods, and more! You'll indicate which categories you fit into when you register. Once we have a complete picture of all participants, we'll announce the competition categories!

Most Diapers Donated

This challenge is for the participant who collects the highest number of diapers. It’s all about quantity—every diaper and dollar counts in helping more babies have access to clean, dry diapers!

Most Creative Drive

This challenge rewards the most innovative and fun approach to hosting a diaper drive. Think themed events, unique collection methods, or creative promotion ideas. Your creativity helps bring attention to the cause and encourages more donations.

Best Social Media

This challenge is for the participant with the most engaging and effective social media campaign. Get creative with your posts and share frequently to spread the word. Use hashtags and share updates to raise awareness and drive more support for helping to keep little ones dry.

Top Fundraisers

(1st, 2nd, and 3rd place)

This challenge is perfect for families or teens looking to get creative. Rally your networks to gather the most donations through activities like hosting a lemonade stand, raffling off a prize, or setting up a giveback event at your favorite restaurant. The money you raise helps us buy the diaper sizes that might not be donated and support other essential needs.

Host a Drive
