• 9 out of 10 teachers have bought school supplies for their classrooms with their own funds (average out-of-pocket expenses total $800).

Here are just a few ways the funds raised help students and teachers:

• Half of the money you raise goes to your teacher-partner's classroom for supplies, additional field trips and other things the students and teachers might not otherwise access without your support.

Funds you raise also support a variety of innovative program by The Education Fund including:

• Classroom Grants provide funds to teachers to develop and implement instructional projects that motivate and challenge students to learn.
• Food Forests for Schools provide vibrant outdoor eco-learning labs.
• SmartPath has increased students’ college and postsecondary enrollment by 34% in five pilot program schools.
