How Do I Register?

Click here to register for the Friends Gala Virtual Auction! When you register, your ticket code will appear on the confirmation page following registration. You'll also receive a registration confirmation email containing your ticket code and instructions for how to check in and get ready to bid on auction.




How Do I Check In?

After you register, a ticket code will be generated for you and shown on the registration confirmation page. You will also receive an email (sender: noreply@qgiv.com, subject: "Thank You for Your Virtual Auction Registration!") containing your ticket code. You'll need this ticket code to particpate in the auction.

There are two options for checking in: on this website, or through the Givi app:

Check In On the Website

1. Visit this page and enter your ticket number in the box (as shown below) to check in on the website.

2. The page will ask you to confirm your personal information:


3. If you haven't already done so, the page will ask you to create an account:


4. If you haven't already set up a payment method, the page will ask you to add one. Please note that you will not be able to view auction items, submit a bid, etc. until you have added a payment method.


5. The page will confirm that you're all set to start viewing items and bidding once the auction begins!

 

Check in Through the Givi App

 

1. Download the Givi app.

2. Enter your ticket code in the "Ticket Code" box:

You're now ready to view items and start bidding once the auction begins!
