We are paddling for Scott Miners, he is an exceptional person who needs our help.
Scott is a husband, father, surfer, volunteer, and longtime Santa Barbara community member. In 2021, he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. After years of treatment, his cancer has progressed to Stage 4 and has spread throughout his body.
Even while facing his own diagnosis, Scott has continued to show up for others. He has volunteered with Meals on Wheels, built friendships through the Cancer Center community, and has participated in The Friendship Paddle to support his friends. Last year, while quietly fighting his own battle, Scott paddled, encouraged, and supported his friend.
Now it is our turn to show up for Scott.
Every donation helps surround Scott, his wife and two kids with financial and emotional support during an incredibly difficult chapter. Your gift helps ease the burden of treatment, lost work, and the day-to-day weight that cancer places on a family.
Please donate what you can and share this page with friends, family, and anyone who may want to support Scott.
Thank you for helping us support Scott and his family.
