Support the Latinx Comic Arts Festival!
The Modesto Junior College Latinx Comic Arts Festival (LCAF) is the California Central Valley’s ONLY celebration of Latino comic arts creators and friends. LCAF highlights Latino cartoonists, writers, animators, artists, and comics educators. The Festival is a unique cultural enrichment event that brings 50+ incredibly talented creators to the MJC campus for two full days of interactive tabling, panels, and workshops. On Saturday, we feature a huge lowrider exhibit with local car clubs and 130+ cars!
Founded by Dr. Theresa Rojas, MJC Professor of MJC Ethnic Studies and Professor of English, LCAF offers students, families, and the community a unique opportunity to spend time with gifted creators and drivers who bring stories, art, and innovation to life. For targeted donations, please specify where you'd like to direct funds under "Donation Details".
This is a FREE, family - friendly, all ages community event.
Your support will make the next Festival possible!
A new lowrider bike raffle featuring a bike customized by MJC Automotive Program students (all proceeds go to student awards)!

Raffle tickets will be available beginning around noon on Monday, March 18, and ending around noon on Thursday, March 21. Following Thursday afternoon, raffle tickets will be sold at the event.
