TEAM CAPTAIN CHALLENGE! 
We are thrilled to announce, for the second year in a row,
a match challenge from the Helen and Will Webster Foundation.

What is this year's challenge for our Team Captains? 
Every TEAM that raises $1,000 or more will receive a $1,000 matching donation.
We need 100 TEAMS raising a minimum of $1,000 to maximize this $100,000 challenge.

• Expand transition-to-adulthood programming

Most importantly, your support ensures that the next generation of Club 21 families will have the same pathway of support that has helped so many others.

*Includes MATCH of $1,000 for every team that raises at least $1,000, up to $100,000.
