I'm a biotech journalist, entrepreneur, and mountaineer. Since 2017, I have mobilized the biotech community on mountain expeditions that have raised more than $14 million to fight cancer and poverty.
This team has a goal of raising $1 million for the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation.
We will hike to the summit of Kilimanmjaro, the highest peak in Africa, at 19,341 feet. The funds we raise will support a national network of young scientists who are brave, and bold enough to go where others haven’t.
