As most of you know, for the past 4 years I have participated in the 3 Day Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Walk in San Diego with my fearless group of friends Team Michelle. Due to Covid-19 the event has been cancelled this year. But as we all know, Breast Cancer doesn’t take a day off, it doesn’t stop if we quarantine, wear a mask or social distance. It continues to stalk us & is still very present in many lives. Thats why Team Michelle battles on as well! And as a 5 year breast cancer survivor it is my passion to help others! 

We are doing a 10 mile Virtual Walk on November 7, 2020! Please help support our organization in our fearless efforts to fight breast cancer & support those in need. All donations will be going to our focus of research & Acts of Love. 

Research 

In the last two years we have proudly been able to award Research Grants for breast cancer research to two highly recognized university programs:

-UC Irvine, Lawson Lab was awarded $40k in 2018

-University of Kansas Cancer Center was awarded $20k in 2020

Acts of Love is an initiative we began in 2017 to help breast cancer patients with costs associated with treatment but not covered under insurance.

Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated! Our goal is to raise $70,000! In past years we have raised over $100,000 for the 3 day walk, with your help our goal this year seems completely reachable!!!
