The New Beginnings Center provides holistic, preventive wellness programs to women of low-income. These programs provide all the nutrition education, mental wellness curriculum, and physical fitness training needed for these women to create sustainable lifestyle and behavior changes, and pass on these habits to the next generation.
Our annual Applause event celebrates individual donors, volunteers, and/or organizations that have helped New Beginnings achieve its mission throughout the year. Our silent auction at this event helps New Beginnings serve more women each year. Our goal this year is to serve over 550 women in Nashville.
This year we are honoring the work of Karen Clark, FirstBank, and one of our TNBC clients - Teresa Wilkes!
