Inviting Friends and Family to the After-Party

If you have friends and family who would like to cheer you on and participate in the celebration only, they are welcome to join and are encouraged to contribute a $25 donation to cover the cost of their meal and one drink.

NOTE: One drink per person is on LivableStreets; every drink after that is available for purchase. All adults must have valid ID to order an alcoholic drink at The Speedway.

Getting There

Located at the crossroads of Western Avenue and Arsenal Street at Soldiers Field Road, The Speedway is easily accessible from downtown Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Newton, and beyond.

Transit: The site is serviced by multiple bus lines, including the 70 and 86 lines, and a short walk (0.7mi) to the Boston Landing Commuter Rail station. You can plan your MBTA trip here.

Driving: There is limited free parking at The Speedway and along Western Ave. However, since it's limited, we encourage riding, walking, or taking bus or the T to Tour de Streets if possible!

Dogs at Tour de Streets: While we REALLY love our four-legged friends, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your dogs along (with the exception of service animals). Due to the presence of young children and multiple ongoing activities, it's advisable to keep them at home for safety reasons.

For Walkers

The walk will depart from The Charles River Speedway at 10:30am. Emerald Network Program Manager Abby Jamiel will lead the group on a walk along the Charles River greenway, highlighting some of the area's best assets and challenges.

For Parents

Our event is being held at the upper courtyard of The Charles River Speedway during operating hours. Please help us be respectful guests and do not leave your child unattended at any point. There will be ropes and signs cordoning off the area, but we want to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance!
