Hi everyone,

My name is Bianca “B,” and I’m asking for your vote for Prom Queen for TPP’s first-ever fundraiser.

I’m not just running for Prom Queen—I’m representing what this event truly stands for.

I am a system-impacted woman. I was incarcerated at a young age, and like many people in our community, I didn’t get the chance to experience moments like prom.

But I turned my pain into purpose.

Today, I dedicate my life to going back into institutions and supporting young girls and women as they prepare for reentry. I do this work because I know what it feels like to be counted out—and I want them to know they are still worthy of a future, of joy, and of moments like this.

That one mistake does not define you.

That’s why I’m asking for your vote.

Because I want to represent resilience.
I want to represent growth.
And I want to represent every person who didn’t get these moments the first time around—but deserves them now.

This prom is about more than a crown. It’s about reclaiming something that was taken and creating space for people to feel seen, valued, and free.

If you choose me as your Prom Queen, I will carry that responsibility with purpose. I will continue to uplift our community and remind people that where you come from does not limit where you can go.
