When it comes to choosing your prom king, I hope I’m the first person that you consider.

I’m the definition of resilience. Ever since my release I have been grinding to restore everything that was once lost to me. Since my release, I’ve dropped my first EP called The JUMBO Tape, gave a Ted Talk at my school (Tufts University) about “The Importance of Community” for returning citizens, and I also officially graduate within the next coming weeks with my bachelors in Civic Studies. But to be honest even with all of my accomplishments nothing is more important to me than the work I do with the young people and the community that I have built with them. 

I’m proud to be that representative of what is possible for people like us and would be honored to be your prom King. Vote for me and always remember that “no one is truly defeated until defeat has been accepted as a reality.”
