In 2018, I started working at the Tisch MS Research Center of New York. Relatively quickly, I learned that this place was unlike any other -- that this place was truly something special. Each and every day, I see doctors, nurses, and front desk staff who will do anything to improve the lives of patients. Each and every day, I see researchers hard at work trying to understand this mysterious disease that affects so many people. Their commitment to finding the cause of and cure for multiple sclerosis, combined with the strength and resilience of those living with the disease, are the reasons why I'm lacing up my sneakers for 3.1 miles.
