There was a time I couldn't move the way a person should be able to move. The path back wasn't straight, and it wasn't easy, but running became the thing that led me through. Mile by mile, it rebuilt me, physically, mentally, spiritually. Today I'm a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach, and I've competed in 100-mile ultramarathons across Utah, Washington, California, Mexico, Alaska, and more. But none of those miles will mean more than what I'm attempting on October 10, 2026.
On World Mental Health Day, I'm running 420 miles across the state of Utah, border to border, to raise $25,000 for Still I Run.
Still I Run exists for the people who are where I once was. They build running communities specifically for people struggling with mental health, because showing up, at any pace, on any day, is sometimes the most powerful thing a person can do. They give people a framework for survival. I've seen what that looks like. I've lived it.
Every dollar you give sends a message: that mental health matters, that movement heals, and that nobody has to fight through it alone.
