Please join my sister Laura and I in our journey to conquer 140.6 miles as we take on our first, full distance Ironman. To supplement this feat, we will proudly continue to fundraise for mental health and support TSIR. We are excited about this, for traditionally, TSIR is focused on the running discipline. This will be the FIRST time to go outside of that and include swimming and cycling. "Forward is a pace" is the TSIR motto. Movement is part of what we believe is important to mental health and well being. It's a thing, it's real and we have challenged ourselves to go to the next level and voluntarily fundraise for an non profit we believe in and a topic we are passionate about.
