This is my second time running the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and I'm so excited to be running with Team Superstars on behalf of Children's Minnesota. One of the largest freestanding pediatric health systems in the United States, Children's Minnesota has two hospitals, 12 primary care clinics and six rehabilitation and nine specialty care sites. And, as a non-profit, they rely on donations from generous people to help fund their efforts.

Children's health is a cause very dear to me, and as a heart paitent myself who has undergone surgeries and is living with a heart condition, I have committed the money raised through my efforts to children's heart health, treatment and research.

I am so excited about this opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of children and their families. Every dollar counts!
