At the end of the summer, I will be participating in the 7 day racing event "Haute Route". With a total distance of just under 800 km and a total climbing just under 21'000m, I am guaranteed to suffer big time. In order to make the suffering a little bit easier, it would mean so much to me if I could raise funds and awareness for a cause which you probably know is very close to me - Type 1 diabetes.

All the money that is collected here will go directly to the Team Type 1 foundation which aims to make life with type 1 diabetes less of a death sentence for people living in countries which don't have the same access to medical supplies.

I will be riding in the Team Type 1 kit as part of the event to raise awareness of the disease itself :)
