Junior Achievement of Arkansas (JA) is part of the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating young people about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. JA programs contribute to the strength of our community and the availability of a well-education, prepared workforce by our commitment to education, economic and youth development.

Windstream is a corporate sponsor again for the 2015 Turkey Bowl on November 14th at Professor Bowl in Little Rock. This event is a great opportunity to show the community you value educating young people about economics and free enterprise. We expect over 160 attendees at this year’s event. Our goal is to raise over $40,000 so we can provide the JA experience to more students.

I’m reaching out to my family, friends and colleagues to ask you to donate to this wonderful cause.  Not only is it a great organization that is helping to shape our children’s future, but also a great way to help me because I’m so bad at bowling that I have to make it up to my team by hopefully exceeding my goal of $1,000.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated and don’t forget it’s tax deductible!!
