Helping New Moms WIN!

After moving to Chicago with my family, including our 4-month-old son and 5-year-old daughter, I knew I wanted to be involved in an organization in Chicago that helps new mothers lacking the support and opportunities I am so lucky to have.  New Moms is the perfect organization for me to help mothers in need.

New Moms provides its moms with all the resources and training they need to sustain their families for the long term.  From job training to housing to family support, New Moms is focused on supporting the goals of the entire family all at once.  So many mothers need support for themselves and their families, and I am so grateful to be able to help New Moms support the young mothers of Chicago.

Take the time to read the moms’ stories on the website.  Then, find time to volunteer and see the organization from the inside.  When you see these women’s empowerment and unleashed potential, you will want to support New Moms with your time, energy, and finances.  New Moms makes Chicago’s present and future better every day.
