My Personal Fundraising Page

 

In 2019, I was involved in a project with the New Moms organization and had the opportunity to learn all about what they do and who they serve. Since then, I've stayed involved with New Moms by fundraising on several occassions and now have taken a bigger step in my support by serving on their Board of Directors. My involvement with New Moms still involves helping to fundraise and there is one fact that I'd like you to consider in helping me help New Moms:

Did you know that for every $1 you give to New Moms, there is a return of $3.81 over five years? If that's not enough, please read on to learn more about New Moms and what they do.

 

New Moms exists to interrupt the cycle of poverty and create strong families. Their mission is to surround young moms and their children with everything they need to transform their lives, specifically focusing on housing, jobs, and family services.

New Moms has set an ambitious fundraising goal of $200,000, but with your help, we can achieve it. This is an organization working tirelessly to provide basic resources we take for granted to young mothers, along with the resources and skills that are so critical to independence and family stability.

Would you be willing to donate and help me reach my fundraising goal? Your donation will make a real difference in the lives of the moms and children at New Moms.

  • $25 can support diapers and formula for 1 family for a week.
  • $55 can support 1 night of housing for a young mom and her child.
  • $115 can support 1 month of unlimited transportation for a participant, removing barriers for her to travel to our Job Training program and access childcare for her family.
  • $450 can fund a baby shower for our prenatal support group moms-to-be!
