Our 15th annual Summer Solstice Soirée presented by Godfrey & Kahn with hosts Christi & John Clancy and Mary Gute Witte & Edward (Ned) Witte will be a unique, outdoor event to celebrate and raise funds for the Urban Ecology Center!

Attendees can look forward to: 

• Delicious food from Wisconsin's first green caterer, Tall Guy and A Grill;
• Crafted beverages including themed cocktails, hard seltzer, beer and wine;
• Sweet treats from Purple Door Ice Cream;
• Take home goodies including photobooth pictures and a thank you gift;
• Networking and mingling with others who love the UEC;
• Amazing silent and live auction filled with items we know you care about  – outdoor gear, sustainable solutions, exclusive experiences, nature-based travel and so much more!

What have we done to ensure this event is as kind to the Earth as possible?

• Select an eco-friendly, green-certified caterer
• Offer zero waste dessert option
• Use all compostable utensils, napkins and cups
• Partner with Compost Crusaders on clean up
• Host the event outside to encourage a deeper connection to nature
• Print all marketing materials on recycled paper 
• Reduce material usage with chalk signage and less decorations
