Invest in Tomorrow's Leaders through Junior Achievement

Alexandra's Personal Fundraising Page for JA bigBowl

Every Dollar Makes a Difference!

I'm excited to participate for the second year in the Junior Achievement bigBowl!  This event allows my colleagues, my company and myself to make a difference in the Upper Midwest community, while having a great time with one another.

One of the key parts of my involvement is to raise as much funds as possible for this great cause.  Junior Achievement helps to prepare kids to lead healthy financial lives, and focuses on financial literacy, college and career readiness and entrepreneurship, to K-12 students.  This year, JA will reach more than 161,000 students across our community!!

Your efforts will empower the students to connect the dots between what they learn at school and how it applies in the real world.  This practical application is invaluable!   Please consider donating to this great cause. With your help, JA can continue to help and reach more students!

Look at how your financial support can impact:

  • $25 - helps an elementary student learn the role people play in a local economy
  • $50 - teaches personal finance to a high school student through JA Finance Park
  • $150 - provides an at-risk student a scholarship for JA Summer Camp
  • $500 - provides JA Programming to an entire classroom

Click "Donate Now" to support my fundraising efforts for JA students. Thank you for joining this cause!

(My personal fundraising goal is $125, and our team goal is $625)

A little more about the organization:

Junior Achievement (JA) empowers students to make a connection between what they learn in school and the "real world." Our programs enhance the relevance of classroom learning, help students understand the value of staying in school, and provide them with the skills they need to be successful adults.

I'm supporting JA's important work by participating in JA bigBowl. Please support my efforts with a tax-deductible donation.  Because of your generosity, Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest will be able to provide real world skills and experiences to more than 162,500 local students this school year.
