I’m raising funds for the Usher 1F Collaborative because this mission is deeply personal. Usher 1F is a genetic disease that causes deafness from birth and progressive vision loss leading to blindness.

There is currently no cure—but there is hope. Thanks to the incredible work of the Usher 1F Collaborative, scientists around the world are making real progress toward treatments that could stop or even reverse vision loss. This research is giving families like mine something we’ve never had before: a reason to believe in a brighter future.
