VIBS is hosting Walk the Walk, a 3K walk to raise awareness about domestic violence and intimate partner abuse, and to benefit the services provided by VIBS to victims, survivors and families and the community.

Ecology Site & Animal Preserve
249 Buckley Road Holtsville, NY 

Check-in & breakfast — 9:30 a.m.
Welcome Ceremony — 10:15 a.m. 
Walk begins — 10:30 a.m.
Event will feature music, refreshments and family fun activities! Music provided by Billo Entertainment. Walk led by Miss Long Island 2020, Madison Argandona. 

Event check-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. Program and walk begin at 10:30 a.m. Walk the Walk 3K will take place on the Walking and Exercise Trail. Exercise equipment, such as pull-up bars and incline benches are available throughout the trail. 

PRE-REGISTRATION
Adults - $20 (Day of event registration - $25) 
Children & Students (ages 10 and older) - $15
Children (under age 10) - free

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
Register and walk the walk! Create your own team and get others to join you. Donate and support domestic violence awareness and VIBS. Support a team or participant. Sponsor Walk the Walk. Be social! Share information with others using #walkthewalk2019 and #stridesforVIBS. Tag VIBS on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
 

The first 50 registrants will receive a FREE Walk the Walk t-shirt. Top fundraiser for Walk the Walk will receive a special prize.
