Many years ago, I happened to watch a video about how chickens were raised for the food industry.  I was shocked and appalled and couldn't believe these sweet birds were allowed to be treated the way they are.  Animal protection laws in Canada are severly lacking and I believe we need to step up as individuals in this country and do better! Animals don't get a voice when it comes to our justice system, so it's up to us to speak up for them. I stongly support and believe in the ability of Animal Justice to make siginigicant and lasting change to Canadian animal law.  They have already made incredible progress in the last year alone and I am passionate about supporting them so they can make further changes and make Canada a better place for animals.  I would love your help in raising funds to help them with the work they do. We need to hold Canada accountable for the way it treats animals and we can do this by making sure laws are in place to do so!
