The Healing Garden was an integral part of my cancer treatment 11 years ago, providing support outside of the hospital setting for not only myself but my family members as well. I'm fundraising this year in honor of a dear friend who recently went through treatment for breast cancer. The Healing Garden provides complementary and therapeutic support in six key areas: movement and nutrition, expressive arts, bodywork, support groups, meditation/mindfulness, and education.
