How do I start or join a team?
Select the register tab-register as a fundraising participant- create an account, and follow the registration directions.
How do I set up my personal fundraising page?
When you register, you will automatically be brought to your Participant Dashboard so you can customize your page with photos, video and text. If you need additional assistance, please email Sofia at srosen@spectrum360.org
How do I represent Spectrum360 on Virtual Walk Day?
1. Join the Virtual Walk Facebook Group
2. Wear an old Walk for a Lifetime Spectrum360 Shirt, Print out the BIBS we have created (see the Facebook Group), Create your own BIB!
How do I share my photos?
Take a photo of you and your family and share it on social media and join our Facebook Group! We invite you to use #Spectrum360 #WalkforaLifetime2020 #WFAL2020 Tag us @Spectrum360NJ on Instagram, and Facebook. We invite you to share anyway or anywhere!
I have already registered and set up a team. Do I have to do anything now that the event has gone virtual?
Join the Facebook group for information and day of event activitites.
I haven’t registered yet. Is there a registration fee?
the registration fee is any doantion amount you are comfroratble making at this time.
I’ve already received donations, will those be affected?
Donations received to-date will not be affected.
How many people can be on a team?
There are no restrictions as to how many people can join a team.
How do I fundraise on Facebook?
Log into your Participant Center on the event website and click "Create a Facebook Fundraiser" to get started. All donations received through Facebook will credit those fundraising pages and will be deposited directly to the designated program.
Can I still have company matches to my team?
Yes, contact your HR Department to find out if your company has a corporate matching program. This is the easiest way to double your fundraising efforts.
I made a donation to the wrong person or wrong team. What do I do?
Send Sofia an email at srosen@spectrum360.org with your name, the participant or team name you donated to, the correct name or team and the participant affiliated.
I registered for the wrong team. What should I do?
Send Sofia an email at srosen@spectrum360.org with your name, the team you accidentally registered for, the team you would like to be on.
Will my contact information be shared, sold or otherwise distributed to third parties?
No. All contact information will remain confidential.
I registered to volunteer for the Walk for a Lifetime 2020. Now What?
Without a physical event this year, we will not need on-site volunteers. But we do need your help promoting the Virtual Walk to your friends and family. Join our Facebook Group to show your support to participants! We thank you for your continued support. We look forward to you joining us next year!
Will I be contacted by Spectrum360 on a regular basis?
Your donation is processed in the database. There will be an unsubscribe button in subsequent mailings if you wish to opt out of future communications.
