Help us raise awareness for Epilepsy!

Victoria started her Venture Against Epilepsy April 2018. Before she had her first seizure, we honestly didn't know anything about Epilepsy. We want to help spread awareness and give families hope, that it may be difficult but we are able to keep pushing and never give up! Her first seizure happened shortly after her little brother Mateo was born. As she was helping give him a bath, she fell to the side. We had no idea what it was. 

After being in and out of the hospital the first year, they got her on 3 different medications that seemed to control her seizures. Two and a half years later, she is still having seizures. We started her on a new diet (Modified Atkins Diet) to try to help control her seizures and HOPEFULLY eventually wean her off some of her mediciations. 

Although this year is a little different, we will still be walking to honor our warrior Victoria! 

The neighborhood walk is on Oct 3. We will meet at Marlena and Victors house at 10am and walk around the neighborhood! We will start to walk at 10.30am! Wear purple, or your previous year Victoria shirt! Wear a mask if you'd like , we will be spaced out as it is outdoors.
