As a member of a family affected by mental illness, a NAMI Family-to-Family teacher and a volunteer with NAMI Southwest CT, I have seen first-hand the devastating effects mental illness can have on quality of life.  But I have also seen how NAMI’s programs can help people stand up to mental illness and the stigma surrounding it.

Although we can't walk together on Sherwood Island this year, you can still show your support for mental health and fight the stigma by participating virtually from wherever you happen to be the weekend of May 15-17.  And you can still join my Case&Co fundraising team and solicit support from your friends, family and coworkers by clicking the "Join My Team!" button to the right.  Or, you can just send them the link at the top of the screen.
