This year the 2019 Walk-ahead Event in Cincinnati will be on Sunday, October 20, 2019. I know you cannot be there physically with me, but with your support we can help beat this terrible disease.  Thanks for always helping me keep Jori's dad's spirit alive.  He lives on in the music we hear each day (seriously, kids he mentored are on the radio!) and in my kids.

The University of Cincinnati Brain Tumor Center, a regional destination, provides innovative and compassionate care for patients with brain tumors while striving to find cures and discover why these tumors occur.  The funds from our past events have helped us achieve new benchmarks as we have moved forward with various brain tumor research projects.  Each year, funds raised by this event help support at least two pilot research grants for our UC researchers who are determined to find a brain tumor cure.  Several of these projects have led to clinical trials, including one that could change the face of cancer treatment.
