Many of you were able to join me and our family in the 2018 Walkahead Event at Sawyer Point that benefited the talented research specialist, doctors, and nurses who strive to find a meaningful treatment for Brain Cancer. We had an incredible morning together as we walked and remembered John , and felt part of a bigger community that is actively doing something to support the hunt for a cure. It meant so much to us to be joined by so many dear friends, all of whom had a critical role in supporting and caring for John and our family as he fought to survive the disease. You made all the difference to us, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
If you were able to be there last year, I hope that you can join us again in the 2019 Walk Ahead Event at Sawyer Point. If you were unable to be there, but can come this year, that would be great! It is planned for Sunday, October 20, 2019. We were an amazingly successful team in raising funds for this important research, so much so that we were assigned a tent and could enjoy the time together before and after the walk...together as Team Fox's Fast Friends!
