The Canadian Down Syndrome Society holds a special place in my heart.  I have seen first hand all the ways we support and advocate for Down syndrome individuals.  This initiative to provide a new National Literacy Program, which will be accessible to all families in Canada who have children, youth and adults with Down syndrome, is vital.

I have created Team "Monaghan Clan" and will be participating in the CDSS Walk for Awareness", a virtual walk, June 12 - 20, 2021.  My goal is to walk 32.1 miles and raise $500 towards this program.
