At the Bridle house, we're all about helping one another to reach their potential and having fun in the process! Reading is such a powerful way for everyone to gain independence and a sense of command over their lives. It opens countless doors of opportunity for each person and those with Down syndrome have equal right to those opportunities. As a mom of an 11-yea-old boy with Down syndrome and an advocate for those with exceptional needs, I am honoured and excited to be a part of an incentive to provide a national literacy program to those with Down syndrome!
