On Sunday, April 28, 2019, Chloe and I will be participating in the Walk for HAWC. The Walk brings together members of the community to help raise critical funds for HAWC (Healing Abuse Working for Change) and domestic violence survivors.
This is an issue that hits way too close to home, and one that I truly care about. I am walking to show my commitment to ending domestic violence. It will take all aspects of our community coming together to make change possible. It’s time to not feel ashamed or embarrassed. WE ARE SURVIVORS NOT VICTIMS, AND WE ARE WARRIORS!
Please consider donating to my efforts to help survivors of abuse!
