What: 10th Annual Walk is a 2.5 km trek around our City's beautiful park! 

Where: Scissortail Park - Robinson Lawn

300 SW 7th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73109

When: Saturday, June 10, 2023, from, 8:30 am to 11:00 am

Why: Walk for Kids™ is a fun-filled, annual community fundraiser to support families receiving comfort, care, and support at Ronald McDonald House Charities® Oklahoma City.

Donations & Registration will close at 12 pm, Friday, June 9. 

Sign-In & Walk-In Registration will open at 8:30 am, Saturday, June 10.

 In case of rain, Walk for Kids is rescheduled to June 17th.

About RMHC-OKC

Ronald McDonald House Charities® Oklahoma City keeps families with critically-ill children close to the medical care and resources they need when they need it most.

Our programs offer comfort, help, and support to alleviate some of the financial burdens families experience during this time.

We believe that nothing should keep a family from being at their hospitalized child’s bedside. They should not have to worry about where they will get their next meal, or where they will sleep at night. It costs our organization $75.00 to house a family for one night, but our programs are provided at NO CHARGE to the families because of support from our community.

And that’s why we walk...

Walk for Kids™ is an annual community fundraiser that supports the children and families who rely on the life-changing services and programs provided by RMHC-OKC. This fun, family-friendly event calls on volunteers, companies, donors, and forever families within their local community to keep families close when they need it the most.

9:30 am, following opening remarks.

Robinson Lawn is located on the southeast corner of the park, near the skating rink event pavilion.

How to earn Cool Prizes

Walkers who raise the following by June 9 receive:

$15 - red and white Signature socks

$25 -  previous level incentive and 2023 Walk for Kids Signature T-shirt 

$50 - all previous incentives plus McDonald's cup sleeve

$100 - all previous incentives plus Branded Bag (includes RMHC Swag)

$250+ - all previous incentives plus your choice of 16 oz. Swell bottle & a Thirty-One Cinch Sac

For kids under 13

$25 - Walk for Kids Signature T-shirt 

$50 - socks, T-shirt & a $5 McDonald's gift card

$100 - all previous incentives & $10 McDonald's gift card

Most money raised by a walker will receive:
