Why I Walk for Kids

No family should have to worry about where they’ll sleep, when they’ll eat, or how they’ll get a hot shower when their child is fighting for their health. ❤️

I know firsthand how much Ronald McDonald House Charities means to families because I’ve experienced both sides. I’ve been the child in the hospital, feeling grateful that both of my parents were able to be present taking turns when needed, and I’ve been the parent who needed a place to wash their only pair of clothes, take a hot shower, not have to think about dinner, and so much more while their child was in the hospital.

RMHC provides more than a place to stay. It gives families comfort, stability, and the ability to focus on what matters most: being there for their child.

With my 30th birthday coming up in December, I’m setting a goal of raising $3,000 to help more families receive that same support during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Every donation makes a difference, and I’m walking for every family who deserves to be together when it matters most.
