We are thrilled to initiate an exciting journey towards better health and holistic well-being for ourselves and our city. Whether you’re walking for fitness, fun or faith, every step you take brings us closer together as a community. 

Here are a few tips for your successful participation in this virtual walk fundraiser: 

  • Create a Support System: Pair up with other participants to check in on each other’s progress, offer support, and keep each other motivated.

  • Track Your Progress: Use a fitness app or pedometer to log your steps or distance. Seeing your progress can be a great motivator!

  • Stay Hydrated: Keep a water bottle handy and drink regularly to stay hydrated, especially if you’re walking outdoors.

  • Post Updates: Post highlights and updates on social media, including pictures and videos using our dedicated hashtag #WalkForWellness. 

  • Buddy Up: Pick a location, grab a friend, and walk the neighborhood or trail together. Early morning or late evening, figure out ways to do it with others.
