My relationship with NuPath began back in 2005, when I was introduced to the organization by Dan Harrison.
At the time, I was managing a fitness equipment store, and Dan approached me about providing commercial fitness equipment for some of NuPath’s residential homes. That introduction gave me an opportunity to visit one of the programs and see firsthand what NuPath was all about.
Before that experience, I really didn't know much about NuPath or the incredible work being done to support individuals with autism and other disabilities. Seeing the homes, meeting the people, and learning about the programs made a lasting impression on me.
Over the years, I stayed connected to the organization, and in 2018 I joined NuPath's Board of Directors. Today, I’m proud to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board.
What started more than 20 years ago as a business relationship became something much more meaningful to me.
NuPath is about community, opportunity and belonging. It's about helping individuals with disabilities live meaningful lives, become more independent, find employment opportunities, build relationships, and be active members of their communities.
I've been fortunate to watch NuPath grow and evolve while never losing sight of the people and families at the heart of its mission.
I'm incredibly proud to be part of NuPath and to continue supporting an organization that has meant so much to me for so many years.
