Taylor was diagnosed with Epilepsy at 16 years old. She received her Bachelors of Science in business management with a minor in dance from Manhattanville College & a Masters of Science in sports management from the University of New Haven. She currently is attending Southern Connecticut State University to receive her Masters of Arts in Teaching in special education. She also attends the Joffrey Ballet School. She currently works as a dance teacher, an assistant director for Greenwich Dance Arts & a soccer coach for kids with disabilities for Soccer Shots. She is an Epilepsy Awareness Ambassador for the Epilepsy Foundation. She also is a counselor at Camp EAGR, a summer camp for kids with Epilepsy that is ran by Empowering Peoples Independence. She wants people to know that they don't have to let Epilepsy stop them from achieving their goals
