Throughout the month of November, I plan to walk (or pedal) every day in beautiful northern Minnesota to call attention to the critical issue of hunger in Minnesota. As a proud board member of Hunger Solutions, I have seen the amazing work this organization does to change policies so that everyone has access to healthy food.
