Funds for Research are Vital

Hi! Please support me through this fundraising page to find a cure for lupus. I was diagnosed in February of 2011 and have been on a drug regimen ever since. Fortunately, I have been stable for 12 years with no serious organ involvement. It is a mysterious autoimmune disease that manifests differently in people. Some are not so fortunate and it causes kidney disease and death. Research scientists are making great strides in finding treatments and cures for lupus. It was recently announced that Australian researchers are working on "fixing" defective cells that can cause lupus. I would love to get off of my "toxic" meds and have a better option.
