While I won’t be able to attend the Lupus Walk in person this year, please know that I’ll be there in spirit every step of the way.

This October marks 32 years since my lupus diagnosis. Thirty-two years is a long time to live with the relentless, unpredictable symptoms of this disease. The life I lived before lupus now feels like a distant memory, shaped and redefined by years of resilience, adaptation, and strength I never asked to develop—but deeply rely on.
