Preregistration for Walk to End Lupus Now - Madison is currently closed, please register on event morning in the large red pavilion in Firemen's Park, 7400 Lee Street, Middleton, WI.
When you reach the Event Day Registration area, you can simply fill out a paper registration form. We have plenty of t-shirts this year, so that shouldn't be a problem.
Event Day Registration is $30 per adult and $17 per child (15 & under).
Checks payable to the LFA, Wisconsin Chapter, cards accepted, or cash.
