With the state of the world and the uncertainty of federal, state, and local funding, it's more important now than ever to come together now to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking in our community.

Thrive Survivor Support Center (formerly the Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire or CCCNH) responds 24/7/365 to critical needs of survivors in Merrimack County. Many think of domestic violence work as just shelter or a hotline, but advocates are there for support through every step and at any stage of a survivors journey. Advocacy can look like crisis response on the 24/7 hotline; safety planning to stay safe in or to leave an unsafe relationship; assistance with applications for legal aid and accompaniment to court for support during a protective order, parenting, or divorce hearing; or help searching for food pantry, utility, housing, or employment resources to maintain long term stability. In 2024-2025, Thrive advocates served 1,579 survivors, provided 12,436 services, answered 4,354 hotline calls, and sheltered 89 survivors for a total of 5,339 bed nights. As someone who has spent a long time working in this world, there is always more need for help than there is a ready supply of resources.
